The Nexus 9 might not be the subject of many Black Friday festivities, but that doesn’t mean you can’t save a few bucks on one. Amazon is giving you one of the best deals to come along since HTC’s big blowout a few weeks back — $50 off its original retail costs of $399.99 (16GB) and $479.99 (32GB), respectively.
That figures to save you the same amount of money as Google Play’s own deal on the thing, though an up-front discount is a lot different compared to Google Play credit that you may or may not take full advantage of. Better to choose what you want to spend the savings on than to be locked into one bubble, we’d say.
That also comes with the typical Amazon experience of reliable and — for Prime members — cheap shipping. Stock still seems plentiful over yonder so be sure to head over there and order one if you’re in the market for a pretty sweet Android tablet with Lollipop
