New leaks about the iPad Pro suggest that Apple’s business-orientated tablet will be as thin as the iPhone 6. This means it will be somewhere between 6.9mm and the iPhone 6 Plus‘ 7.1m – though not quite as slim as the 6.1mm iPad Air 2.
The rumours, which come from the Japanese Macotakara website (which has a good track record with Mac leaks) also claim that the iPad Pro will come with a 12.2-inch display.
This is smaller than the previously rumoured 12.9-inches, though still larger than the 12-inches that the Surface Pro 3, the iPad Pro’s biggest competitor, sports.
Sound design
The iPad Pro will apparently look like a larger iPad Air 2 and will come with two additional speakers and an extra microphone at the top for enhanced audio and recording.
Rumours suggest the iPad Pro might be launching some time during the first quarter of 2015, but as we know, nothing is gospel until it’s gospel.
